VR-CRM provides a cloud-based management platform for VR arcade operators, including booking management, payroll automation, game launching, and analytics tools. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the VR-CRM platform are owned by VR-CRM. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform. You grant VR-CRM a limited license to use your data solely to provide the services.
6. Limitation of Liability
VR-CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
